Organic Oil and Meal

Yandilla are delighted to announce the availability
of both Pungent and Nutty oil in certified A1 organic form.

We have had Rosnay Organic Farms grow our special Mustard seed this past year and now can offer both organic oil and meal.

We also offer a very effective Organic Snail Killer as one of our by-products.

Made using Yandilla Pungent Oil. Add flavour to even the most boring dish.

Red Tomato Relish
Home receipe with the fresh farm taste. Ideal in sandwiches.

Green Tomato & Mustard Chutney
Original home receipe adds flavour to any dish. Try with cold meats and salad.

Nutty Oil

Our cold-pressed oil comes as a nutty flavoured golden oil, retaining all the lovely flavour of the raw oil. Especially good in cakes, salad dressings and western type cooking. The high heat tolerance of the oil makes this ideal for use in ovens for your roasts.

The oil contains the ideal balance of OMEGA 3 and OMEGA 6 for the health conscious food lover. The oil is not pungent as the cold-pressed technique used has not excited the glucosinates.

A healthy equivalant to virgin cold pressed olive oil, its high heat tolerance makes it a superior oil for use in salads, omelettes, deep frying, barbeques and cakes.

Pungent Oil

Our cold-pressed Pungent Oil is made for the chef who wishes to use the full flavour of the oil. This pungent oil is ideal for stirfrys, curries and pickles and is used extensively in India to make delicious food.

This oil holds the aroma and taste of the Indian pungent oil. It has been specially developed for eastern cooking style whilst still holding all the healthy fatty acid profiles of Yandilla's specially developed seed.

The oil is ideal for all aspects of cooking as well as the making of pickles and chutneys. Treat yourself to an exciting fullsome flavour with Yandilla Pungent Oil.

Natural Whole Grain Powder

Yandilla Natural Whole Grain Powder, produced from the crushed seed, is finely sieved and a very useful addition to the kitchen

All the 'hot' elements of mustard are in the powder and mixed with vinegar and link make a delicious condiment.

Unmixed, the powder makes a flavoursome garnish added to any dressing.
